Nicole Tkachuck

Senior Paralegal

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Nicole is a seasoned and dedicated paralegal with nearly 20 years of experience. Nicole graduated with honors from Robert Morris University with an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies and a B.S. in Business Management. From a young age, she knew she wanted to work in the legal field.

Shortly after graduating, she started her career at a small firm in Hinsdale. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive family law and residential real estate knowledge together with all aspects of file management, document preparation, discovery coordination, and trial preparation. Her experience has provided her with the skills to enhance her career while providing clients with the strength and emotional support needed throughout their legal proceedings.

Nicole joined McSwain Nagle Giese & Rapp, P.C. in 2020. Nicole has been an invaluable team player at the firm since its inception and is always available to lend support when needed to foster positive results. Nicole works alongside attorneys to facilitate efficient communication with clients and ensure each client’s needs are met.
