Kathryn S. Walker is a licensed attorney, certified mediator and certified guardian ad litem in Illinois and is dedicated to advocating for individuals and families in all areas of family law at both circuit and appellate court levels. She received her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2014, and her Bachelors in Classical Civilizations from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign in 2011.

For over a decade Kathryn has honed her skills, practicing exclusively in the area of family law. She has assisted in handling thousands of cases involving complex and diverse issues, involving, but not limited to, maintenance, child support, custody, adoption, guardianship, divorce, parentage, support and international abduction. Kathryn has successfully litigated appeals involving custody matters and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, and she has a proven track record for achieving successful outcomes for clients through strategic negotiation and aggressive litigation when necessary.

Kathryn's passion for family law stems from a deep desire to assist clients during this oftentimes most difficult part of their lives. Kathryn prides herself on offering individualized attention to each case and providing clients with both empathy and strong advocacy for all of their legal needs.
