Hailey joins Nagle & Giese, P.C. as an associate attorney with extensive experience handling complex family law matters spanning all aspects of domestic relations disputes. Hailey has handled cases involving divorce, allocation of parenting time and parental responsibilities, child and spousal support, orders of protection, relocation, the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, and the Hague Convention.
Hailey is committed to helping her clients feel empowered to make informed decisions during what are often some of the most sensitive times of their lives. She balances her legal experience and reasoning with compassion for her clients to achieve favorable results while ensuring her clients are meaningfully involved throughout the process. Hailey understands that some cases require more thoughtful negotiation techniques while others call for a more aggressive litigation strategy and is adaptable to the needs of each client.
Hailey holds both a Canadian and American Juris Doctorate degree, having graduated law school in both countries as a Canadian citizen. Since being admitted to practice, she has resided full-time in the State of Illinois advocating in family law matters and spending time with her cat.
